Kingswood has 11 Residential Centres across the UK. We provide outdoor education to a variety of groups that book in with us. We have school groups, uniformed groups, SEN Groups, religious groups and more choose us to provide life changing experiences. Using high adrenaline and team building activities, we build up the groups life skills. About the role  

Start Date: Monday 10th February 2025

Salary: National Living Wage

Hours: 20 hours per week 

Contract type: Permanent 

Shift Patterns: Over 7 days a week

  • 8:00 - 17:00
  • 11:00 - 20:00
  • Weekends Included (2 weekends off a month)

Accommodation Included if required. 

You will collate key information from Groups that have booked into the Centre, becoming their first point of contact prior to the arriving on Centre. Information should be passed on efficiently to the relevant departments. Any communication should be responded to in a timely manner and help resolve any queries. You will meet, greet and welcome all visitors that come onto Centre, following our Safeguarding process.   

Key Responsibilities  

  • Keep the Synopsis up to date
  • Collate Key information eg Number of guests in each group, Gender Spilts, Medical information, Dietary information and Special Requirements
  • Create Group Packs for the upcoming week
  • Conduct Feedback Meetings   
  • Create dorming plans 2 months ahead
  • Meet all guests and visitors   
  • Book in and conduct walk arounds of the Centre for enquiries and existing Customers.   
  • Work closely with the Guest Manager with any additional duties
  • Build rapport with colleagues and guests
