Delivered by industry experts, we are a team of specialist assessors in the fields of outdoor adventure, customer service, early years and business administration, able to credibly audit, award and certify apprenticeships.
Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Executive to join our team on a 20-hour per week contract, during term times. This role is primarily sales with a focus on converting Providers to use our EPA services. Heavily telephone based and with an emphasis on self-motivation and good organisational skills.
This is an office based role, and we require the successful candidate to reliably commute to one of our Inspiring Learning offices in Brighton, Norwich or the Isle of Wight.
Some responsibilities include:
- Promotion and sales of our EPA services amongst relevant organisations.
- To build and nurture relationships with training providers so they choose our EPA services.
- To focus on providing an exceptional customer service over the phone and when liaising with providers.
- Be able to use and utilise all IT systems.
- To create good working relationships with the wider team and be able to support where needed.
- Excellent knowledge of apprenticeship sector and EPA rules.
- To drive sales in a confident and polite manner over the phone.
- Literate and a good command of the English language.
- Be an expert in our product and culture - communicating that clearly to our customers.
Typical skills, knowledge and experience:
- Excellent knowledge of apprenticeship sector.
- Excellent customer service and administration skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience driving sales and engaging cold leads that have resulted in revenue growth.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office IT (products including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook).
- Ability to work under own initiative and without supervision.
- An ability to demonstrate first rate organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated, and skilled at building positive relationships.
- Works productively in high pressured environments.
