An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Instructor at our North Devon centre, to start in January 2025. This is a 40 hour week permanent role, to work 5 out of 7 days.

We welcome our staff to live on-site where you will be provided with accommodation and meals for a heavily discounted fee.
About the Role:
- As the Chief Instructor, you will lead the activity team through mentorship, development, and inspiration.
- You will work closely with our guests and develop and deliver activity programmes to meet and exceed their objectives.
- You will be a hands-on leader who encourages a positive work-life balance for yourself and your staffing team.
About you:
- Personable, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a team of team leaders
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the outdoor activity industry
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Ready for a challenge and to lead the team to success
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Driving Licence (desirable)
- Have two or more of the following NGB’S: ERCA Generic Rescuer, BC sheltered water coach or above, Archery GB, SPA/RCI or British Fencing coach.
- First aid at work qualification
