Key Responsibilities:
- Design Dream Itineraries: Create off-the-beaten-path excursions, manage logistics, and ensure safety.
- Be the Go-To Person: Act as the main contact for international guests, customize programmes, and handle issues swiftly.
- Support Sales: Help the sales team with regulations and group needs, build relationships with excursion providers.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on international rules, maintain organized documentation, and follow safety protocols.
- Manage On-Site: Take Duty Manager shifts, participate in training, and support guests and team members.
What You Bring:
- Detail-oriented and passionate about guest engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and a love for outdoor adventures.
- Experience in delivering top-notch customer experiences.
- At least one year as a customer-facing manager or supervisor.
- IT savvy (Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
