About the Role:
As the Activities Manager for Kingswood, you will lead the activity team through mentorship, development, and inspiration.
You will be responsible for managing, renovating and enhancing all areas of activity delivery, paying particular attention to the Water Sports product.
Working closely with technical and training providers, you will build and maintain effective relationships.

This position is based at our fantastic Isle of Wight centre, which has direct access to a private beach and views of Whitecliff Bay, making it an ideal retreat for our staff during the warmer months!
