Join our team as the Warehouse Operations Manager, where you will be essential to the success of the business's operational function.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked as a Warehouse Manager and has experience driving Long Wheelbase / Transit Vans and Fork trucks.
What you’ll be doing:
The primary function is to ensure that all holiday camps receive the appropriate equipment, that it is well presented, and that it is delivered on time by our logistics partner.
You will ensure that the warehouse operates safely and efficiently in order to meet all of our budgetary requirements, whilst managing a small team (1 - 3 members of staff)
A large part of the job will be stock management and ensuring that the warehouse has adequate stock to support our camps during operational periods. Some weekend and late-night work is required.

About you:
- Previous experience in managing small to medium warehouse operations
- Able to drive Long Wheelbase / Transit Vans and Forktrucks
- Full Clean U.K Driving License
- Highly organised and an effective communicator
- Ability to adapt and use initiative
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid Qualification (preferred & supplied by us if required)
- Reach Truck Licence –provided if required, for the right candidate
